TERMS OF PURCHASE
For all the products that are marked as Pre-Order items; the production of the items will begin after pre-orders close, and orders won’t be shipped until production is completed.
Our goal is to have all items produced within 2 months of closing preorders, but delays are possible due to manufacturers, the holiday season, and Covid-19. We will post all production updates on Twitter.
All product images are mock-ups; the final version may be slightly different than pictured.
Digital orders will only be sent once we begin mailing physical orders.
For physical products: Your package may be subject to taxation and/or customs fees depending on your country. You, as the customer, are responsible for customs fees.
If you need to cancel your order, we are unable to provide a full refund due to Bigcartel's sales tax (if applicable) and Paypal's transaction fees. We will refund your order, but please note we cannot refund the additional fees charged by Paypal and BigCartel. We will be refunding you the cost of the items only. Please double-check your purchase before making your order.

Where are you shipping from?
We will be shipping from Spain (Europe).
Can I edit my order after I place it?
Orders can’t be edited after they have been placed. For address changes, please contact us ASAP via email or Twitter DMs.
Once production finishes, will send out a final call for address changes to customers that ordered physical items. Address changes won’t be available after shipping starts.
Will my order have a tracking number?
Yes, all orders will include a tracking number. You will receive the tracking information once the order has been shipped.
What if my package gets lost / damaged?
Orders will only be replaced or refunded in the following cases:
- Wrong information input by the carrier, different from the information input on the order.
- Missing/damaged/wrong items due to team error on our part.
